Custom Order Deposit

Thank you so much for your interest in a custom hat order from Bonfire Brim Co. I am truly honored to have the opportunity to share my work with you.

Custom hats start at $90 for wide brim and cowboy style hats, and $40 for ball cap styles. The final price depends on the type of hat you choose, the amount of detail, burn, embellishments, and time into the project. I ask for a $40 non refundable deposit to get started. If I have your hat on hand I need about 2 weeks to complete the project, but most are done much quicker. If I have to special order a hat for you, the project will take longer to allow time for shipping the hat to me first.

The process:
Once I have your deposit we will get started on your hat. When I do custom hats I start with the design/words mock up/drawn on the hat. Once I get the design approved by you I’ll start the actual burn process. After the burn is complete I’ll work on the band, and embellishments.

We’re in this together! I take lots of photos of the process. I’ll check in with you often to make sure we create the hat that you will love.

The balance of your order is due once your hat is complete. Shipping is available. Please let me know if you need your hat shipped and I will calculate the shipping cost before giving you the final balance. Payment can be made via cash, PayPal, or Venmo. If you choose to use a credit card via the website, a $3 service fee will be added. Now it’s time to get your hat to you! I’ll make arrangements with you for pick up.
